We greatly enjoyed its good and lovely location.

Location: the hotel was short walk to cable car station and the a restaurant and supermarket and cable car station and many restaurants. It was at a short distance from Vicio's, serving fast food. Stayed in bright apartment with a great breakfast. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on top of a hill in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the serene surroundings and the beautiful views. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the amenities such as the kitchen and the cozy sitting area. The hotel also offered great services like room service, laundry, and a shuttle service, making our stay even more convenient. we had a great experience here.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had a well-equipped whirlpool to help us unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The laundry service was pricey, and some of the staff members struggled with English, making communication a bit challenging at times.

The staff were accommodating and exceptionally nice and the restaurant was nice! Great assortment of slices of fresh bread, hot chocolate, fruit, and eggs for breakfast.

What stood out the most was the helpful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They even prepared breakfast for us an hour early so we could eat before our flight. The location, although a bit far from the center, had plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, making it a convenient choice for an apartment hotel. , the hotel is situated in a quiet area, with a lovely park across the street where the community organizes activities and food markets.

Spent my Christmas holidays in a comfortable apartment in a peaceful area. Loved the bargain price for the space and comfort. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering us the possibility to have our own cooking and giving us recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The location was a big plus, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend for those looking for a comfortable stay in a safe and calm area.

The lack of hot water in the kitchen sink, which made cooking and washing a bit of a challenge. the elevator noise was a bit disturbing, but it stopped at a reasonable hour.

The hotel had an excellent location in a nice neighbourhood and was within walking distance to key attractions. The helpful and attentive staff impressed me and offered quality service throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the free cable car tickets offered to explore the city and the flexibility of early check-in and late checkout.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathroom. The towels were a bit old and worn too.
